Smooth yet distinctive like Tony Bennett.
Dust off the Tony Bennett albums and slip on a satin robe. This one is smooth-talkin’ and distinctive.
So maybe you left your heart in San Francisco, but don’t leave home without a cup of this swingin’ stuff every morning. We conjured up a bean that is not overpoweringly bright but has some interesting fruit or other notes. Solid body and finish are the stars of the show, but make sure you note the subtle distinctions that render this coffee rat-pack-would-be-proud groovy. Great brewed in a drip machine, press pot or vac pot or as a single origin espresso.
Guji is a small region inside Sidama, Ethiopia where our new Groove is grown between 1,800 and 2,000 meters above sea level. This coffee is made up entirely of heirloom varietals. It is naturally processed and dried on raised beds. What this coffee lacks in acidity, it makes up for in body and big chocolate flavor. If you are a french press person, you can't pass this coffee up.
