Like a favorite superhero of childhoods past, Purusha has both balance and power. And while we don't necessarily wear capes, we do have a powerful ability to gather the most exceptional and powerful beans to deliver extraordinary body and flavor. One sip and you may be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Or at least get to work on time.

 

CURRENT BEAN

 

This coffee is grown by groups of indigenous farmers in the Chilcho region of Sidamo near the town of Dilla.  The farmer groups that contribute to this coffee are Shilicho, Babe, and Shebe.  Grown at 1700 meters above sea level, the indigenous Ethiopian heirlooms compose a truly unique coffee.  Naturally processed and sundried on raised beds, this coffee gives up ripe fruit notes with a great body and sweetness.
