Think fruit, think chocolate and think Mother Teresa. The Mother Teresa part because this blend is always sweet.

The Winter is here and so is another new blend of our great 228.  The foundation of this coffee is the Brazil Serra Negro.  This natural processed Brazil gives up a great body and sweetness followed by a medoly of low notes to keep you warm.  The second coffee in the blend is another natural; Ethiopia Ardi from a mill in Guji which is in the Sidamo region.  This coffee gives us bright cherry and strawberry while maintaining a sweetness that holds the balance of this blend.  This blend is all body and sweetness with some ripe fruit along for the ride.
