This is a washed coffee that went through 20 hours of fermentation and was sundried for 85 hours at the Coocentral Co-op. Most of the farms that supply this co-op are around 3 acres and produce between 10-15 70kg bags. This is a super balancad and clean cup with a velvety body. You can find apricot and green apple that is balanced with caramel. Everything iis followed by a nougat finish.
